SERWEN / TELL ME WHEN

Overview

Serwen is a watch agent for the web. You describe what you are waiting for, and Serwen keeps looking until something changes.

The product turns open-ended monitoring tasks into simple watches: flights dropping below a price, a house matching criteria, a product going on sale, company news or tickets becoming available.

The context

Many everyday questions are not answered once. They need attention over time.

Search is good at showing what exists now, but people often need a system that keeps checking quietly and only interrupts when the condition they care about becomes true.

The observation

Most monitoring tools ask people to translate their intent into filters, feeds or repeated manual checks.

Serwen starts from plain language instead: tell it what would matter, then let the system turn that intent into a watch.

The opportunity

Serwen explores a more accessible layer for web monitoring, where the user does not need to know every source or keep reopening the same searches.

The hypothesis is that many small moments of waiting can become calmer when they are delegated to a focused agent.

What Peace Park Studio is building

Peace Park Studio is shaping Serwen around a simple prompt surface, example watches, web monitoring, email alerts and private status links.

The product direction emphasizes reliability, clear watch state and notifications that arrive only when something meaningful has changed.

Product principles

  • Let people describe intent in plain language.
  • Monitor over time instead of asking users to repeat searches.
  • Keep watch status easy to understand.
  • Notify only when the change matters.

Current status

Serwen is live in beta at serwen.com.

Current work focuses on the watch creation flow, monitoring quality, email notifications and private status pages.

Current direction

The next direction is making watches more reliable, explainable and useful across common waiting moments.
